Rules

Presented by TC Arts Council non-profit 501-(c) (3) arts organization

Ducks will be launched July 4th at 6 pm on Kings Creek Brevard College Campus near the Gym.

The race course will be set by the Presenter.

All ducks will be provided by the Presenter and will remain the property of the Presenter.

Once the ducks are launched, they will be on their own. The public may not attempt to free or interfere with any duck, only the QUAKERS are allowed to help rescue stranded ducks. They will be in the river with Duck Hats on!

A number will be attached to each duck corresponding to a number on the entry ticket.

Multiple duck purchases from one ticket will be assigned additional duck numbers for ID. The person whose name appears on the entry ticket, corresponding to the first ducks in order of finish, will be awarded prizes.

Presenter requests a donation of $5 per duck to benefit the TC Arts Council youth programs including Summer Art Camps, Pottery Camps, Kids Art Days and Arts In Schools.

Winners will be announced within one hour of the race finishing. You do not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted by phone.

Ducks will be on sale from May 27 – July 4.

On Monday, July 4th Ducks can be purchased up to 5 pm. That day from 9 am – 5 pm they will be on sale downtown Brevard on Main Street at the July 4th Festival at the TC Arts Council Booth in the block with the Fine Arts & Crafts Showcase on West Main St.
